GO Northwest is proud to partner with the Healthy Neighborhoods Initiative to serve 11 vibrant neighborhoods in Northwest Baltimore: Ashburton, Callaway-Garrison, Central Forest Park, Concerned Citizens of Forest Park, Dorchester, Forest Park, Forest Park Golf Course, Garwyn Oaks, Hanlon, Howard Park, and West Forest Park.

By collaborating with other partners in Baltimore, we help extend these opportunities citywide.

Your Home

Homeowners in Healthy Neighborhoods communities can take advantage of Refinance & Renovate Loans to upgrade their homes. These programs are designed to keep homes beautiful, safe, and customized to the needs of their residents.

Home Improvement Loans
Healthy Neighborhoods also provides an option for homeowners who wish to pursue renovation/customization without refinancing. Terms differ from the Refinance option. Check with us for more information.
