The Healthy Neighborhoods Initiative revitalizes and supports communities across Baltimore City by fostering homeownership, home improvement, and community investment.

GO Northwest is proud to partner with the Healthy Neighborhoods Initiative to serve 11 vibrant neighborhoods in Northwest Baltimore: Ashburton, Callaway-Garrison, Central Forest Park, Concerned Citizens of Forest Park, Dorchester, Forest Park, Forest Park Golf Course, Garwyn Oaks, Hanlon, Howard Park, and West Forest Park.

By collaborating with other partners in Baltimore, we help extend these opportunities citywide.

The Healthy Neighborhoods Initiative helps buyers across Baltimore invest in homes while making necessary improvements. Through our Purchase & Renovate Loans, eligible buyers can access financial support with below-market interest rates, no private mortgage insurance, and grants up to $10,000 for renovations.

Your Home

Homeowners in Healthy Neighborhoods communities can take advantage of Refinance & Renovate Loans to upgrade their homes or access Home Improvement Loans for smaller-scale projects. These programs are designed to keep homes beautiful, safe, and customized to the needs of their residents.
