GO Northwest Housing Resource Center

Established in June 1999 and incorporated in March 2007, the GO Northwest Housing Resource Center is a comprehensive home ownership counseling and community services non- profit agency. Located in beautiful northwest Baltimore City, our offices are inside the Garwyn Medical Center.

Mission – Ensuring healthy, strong neighborhoods by equipping potential and existing residents to obtain, maintain and/or retain their homes successfully.

• Equip homebuyers to purchase, and homeowners preserve and retain their homes through pre and post purchase homeownership education, counseling, and technical assistance.
•  Administer Healthy Neighborhoods Initiative, a community preservation program in Garwyn Oaks, Hanlon, and Howard Park communities in NW Baltimore. Program provides low cost home improvement/rehab loan program, block beautification, and community marketing resources.
• Enhance neighborhood appearance, sustain home value and strengthen community capacity by engaging residents in block beautification and building activities.
• Increase awareness and selection of Northwest Baltimore neighborhoods by promoting our communities as homeownership communities of choice
